- Take a day trip to Old Textile Factory in Hércules, Querétaro which is full of shops, restaurants and the local Hercules Brewery
- Carmen Rion is a great women’s clothing boutique that works with artisans in Chiapas to create truly unique pieces of clothing and accessories
- LAGO: a concept store with over 45 designers from the Latinamerican region

- Shop Mexico City’s slow makers and local designers at Columpio
- Mooni: We’re all about the arts and this is a fantastic emerging artist gallery. It’s also a part of Columpio so you can hit both in the same day!
- Make a pit stop at Simple by Trista for contemporary Mexican design
- El Bazaar Sabado: a super cool old building filled with tons of local shops, art galleries, and concept stores (this area in general has a lot of other cute shops, too!)

- We highly recommend spending a day at the Frida Kahlo Museum — and be sure to check out the separate exhibit with her clothing!
- Visit the Museo Nacional de Antropología (MNA Museum)and discover the amazing archaeological collections of Mexico (plus it’s super close to the Four Seasons!)
- Museo Universitario Arte Contemporáneo (MUAC): an incredible museum for all things contemporary art
- See some of the great murals including ones by Diego Rivera at Museo del Palacio de Bellas Artes
- Explore the gardens and grounds ofDolores Olmedo (which is now an is an art museum in the capital of Mexico!)
